• I would like to attend the conference; do I have to submit a research paper?
    The research is needed in case you are attending as an author, if you are attending as an audience member, then you do not need to submit a research paper.
  • How can I send a full paper?
    Once Abstract is accepted:

    1. Download the Paper Template in the category you want to participate.

    2. Enter all details. Make Paper as per regulations.

    3. Submit doc or pdf file through email ictaasindia@gmail.com.

    4. Take care that it reaches us before deadline.

  • How do I pay the fee?
    To pay the fees please follow these steps:

    1. Once your paper has been accepted with/ without corrections/ modifications, you will be sent account details for fee payment through email.

    2. You will receive a confirmation for the same after receipt of amount.
  • Will you provide an official acceptance letter of my research to the conference?
    Absolutely, once paper is accepted, you must pay the conference fees. Then we will send you the official and final acceptance letter. An invitation letter may follow if you require.
  • If the conference is not held at my country, do you provide visa issuance?
    We can assist in all the issuing necessary documentation to the participant. Visa will be applied from the respective countries by the participants.
  • Does ICTAAS provide accommodation services?
    The Delegate fee does not include travel and accommodation. However, ICTAAS does send the participants a list of recommended hotels with bed & breakfast offers. Participants are fully responsible for booking their own travel and accommodation whether it being from the recommended hotels or a hotel of the participants’ choosing.

  • We are a group of researchers; can we participate at the conference with the same research?
    Sure, one person can be main author for the research and one person may participate as coauthor (both are Presenting Delegates). Please note that maximum 2 persons will be allowed to speak on a paper. Others are welcome to join as Attending Delegates. Please note that the fee structure is different.
  • How do I know the final date for submitting an abstract / full paper?
    ‘Important Dates’ have been mentioned on the main page of website.
  • Can I pay the fees in cash?
    If you are in one of the cities in which our main offices are located, you may pass by and pay in cash before the payment deadline. Please know that payment in cash during the conference is NOT allowed and payment deadlines should be followed.
